Hey there!
This week, I went through my usual readings and playlists and even started reading The Telomere Effect by Elissa Epel and Elizabeth Blackburn. I attended our bi-monthly book club meeting.
But I didn't make enough time for processing and curating.
I've committed to writing to you every Saturday, so here I am.
I thought, would I rather skip this week and share double the amount or would I choose to be consistent with sending an email every Saturday?
Will I lean towards intensity or consistency? Would I skip workout day and do twice the amount of exercises next time or just show up and do some stretching? I chose the latter.
Which do you prefer?
